This page lists the active thawte roots, their corresponding issuing keys, and Certificate Revocation Lists where certificates have been revoked. The RSA roots are at the top of the hierarchy for each CA. If there are revoked certificates for a given key, the "CRL" link next to the key name will retrieve the current CRL. CRLs are updated every 24 hours.

thawte Certificate Revocation Lists, and information in them (each, a " thawte CRL"), are made available for the purpose of permitting you or your organization to check the certificate revocation or other status of a thawte certificate.

You shall not sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or sublicense any thawte CRL, in whole or in part, to anyone; shall not use or permit the use of the thawte CRL by or on behalf of any other person or entity; and shall not modify or create a derivative work of any thawte CRL.

thawte CRLs shall not be used to create a compilation or aggregation of information contained therein. Any information in any thawte CRL shall not be used, directly or indirectly, to provide or offer to provide certificate revocation or other status checking products and/or services to anyone outside your organization.

thawte CRLs are the valuable intellectual property of thawte Consulting (Pty) Ltd. You agree that thawte retains all copyright and other intellectual property rights ("Intellectual Property Rights") in the thawte CRLs. You acknowledge that the thawte CRLs, and all whole and partial copies thereof, shall at all times remain the sole property of thawte . You shall not remove any notices of copyright, trademarks, service marks, or other proprietary indicia from thawte CRLs.

You acknowledge that you have access to sufficient information to ensure that you can make an informed decision as to the extent to which you will choose to rely on the information in a Certificate. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DECIDING WHETHER OR NOT TO RELY ON THE INFORMATION IN A CERTIFICATE. You acknowledge and agree that your use of any thawte CRL, and your reliance on any Certificate shall be governed by thawte 's Certification Practice Statement (the "CPS") as amended from time to time, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. The CPS is published on the Internet at http://www.thawte.com/cps/index.html .

You are hereby notified of the possibility of theft or other form of compromise of a private key corresponding to a public key contained in a certificate, which may or may not be detected, and of the possibility of use of a stolen or compromised key to forge a digital signature to a document.
